At First Western Properties we wanted to take our design materials to the next level with still keeping the company recognition. We achieved this by keeping the logo and brand colors the same, but introducing new fonts, layouts and patterns. This is the brochure template that is used for any commercial real estate listing the company has. The first 3 images are the template prior to the re-brand. I have also included the postcard mailer before and after.
